OP djweis Member Joined: Mar 2002 Posts: 411 Des Moines, IA 515-224-9229	Not sure if this is the most appropriate location to ask - I'm trying to find the user manual for a Ziad Linemaster. The Ziad site seems to be gone now and my googling didn't turn anything up. If I can't find one, can anyone give me an overview of what the symbols mean?

I believe that the Linemaster was similar to the buttset. If so, the symbols might be the same. If you can't find a real manual, let me know and I'll see if I can dig it up. The unit is a combination: -buttset - speakerphone - VOM - Digitgrabber -db Meter and probably 6 or seven other different things. It seemed like a good idea at the time I bought it, but I don't think I used it all that often. In the beginning I was afraid I'd drop it/break it/lose it (It cost a pile of change!) and later shlepping all those different cords around seemed somewhat excessive. I probably used it all of 3 or 4 times. Again, djweis, if you can't get a manual, PM me and I'll xerox the pertinent parts of the book for you. The symbols should be the same. It seems to work pretty well aside from the hieroglyphics on the display :-) I don't need you to photocopy it, if you can describe the picture and what it means that would be fine.
