When you follow the link you'll find that its not a 2500 for 9 dollars. When you click on the link it takes you to a cell phone case for 9 dollars. Its the link that Skip posted.

No biggie. It wasnt the company's fault. If you look at the Item ID you'll notice its 25001 so the search engine grouped it in with the phones which are also 25001.

you can find one piece cheap phones in the 10 range , check out the dollar store sounds like they would fit right in this place

My pricey cheap phone sells for $35 and it looks like a real phone, with both high and low voltage message waiting (IFM). You can hang this on the Partner sytsem for those extra che^h^h^h frugal operators, and they're non-display so they don't have any sizzle factor.
Just a thought.

Most often this is simply a theft of opportunity. I once serviced a hospital that had a major loss of Trimline / Trendline patient phones. Performing Carl's trick of clipping the modular tab significantly reduced their loss.

Or how about a 4-wire cord, with the yellow and black shorted inside the phone, then the 2nd pair in the inside wire run through the MDF to an alarm panel? Cut the cord, or unplug the set, the alarm activates, and the telephone security guard responds to the room, effecting an arrest?
