So, just to clarify... here's how I would like to see an incoming call be handled:
1. Outside caller dials in to system. 2. Caller is forwarded to my extension (by staff or by autoattendent choice). 3. Instead of getting my "station" or my voicemail, they hear the phone ringing as the system forwards their call to my [home or cell phone].
Can you make it happen? I'm stumped.
