Probably meant T45, which I wouldn't do as the cable is too loose. For quad I use a T18.

I have two of these: https://www.arrowfastener.com/product/t2025-dual-purpose-attacker They are nice because they also take flat staples if I am working on non-wiring related projects.

Jeff you handle looks too high to be comfortable for any amount of time.
I just noticed my mistake in the post above yours. I was thinking of a T25. Where a T4 comes from, we'll just have to wait for festec to respond.

My computer is slow? :read: "Eh" good quality comparison for cheap crappy Cat5e? Is one of those "cheap crappy" 100 foot orange extention cords that can't carry enough amperage to run a big drill @ 100 feet. If you buy cheap ? 90% of the repairs I go on reporting slow speeds are actually 1 of 2 things.
Wireless laptops slow on the third floor when the modem is installed in the basement.
Wireless/Wired laptop/computer is physically slow ... because it has like 9,000 virus' on it.
Any UL listed cable should provide the service you require - its more the installation method then the cable. But, make sure to use Riser rated cable when required by code...and UV protected outdoor cable when doing outside runs.
