If Justin isn't comfortable with Avaya, I'll take that action. Still, I think he could tackle this one without too much trouble. Maybe you could program the PACS in advance?
I grew up in Visalia and was just there for Thanksgiving. My folks have plenty of room in their house, so I've always got a place to stay.
