Has anyone had problems with hooking an ESI co to a Mitel ext? We installed an S in a Dr's office and one of the CO's was an ext off of the hospital's mitel system. It will ring the ESI unless the hospital switchboard calls the ESI system. It gives a double ring and that won't ring the ESI. Does anyone have a good solution? Thanks!

what the vendor of mitel can do for you if you ask nicely is put the ext in its own class of service and turn on option 809 standard ring applies may do it for you .
