I have a site with very low conference volume. ESI may send another 612 card. We went thru it all, trust me.

Telco has came out and verified their part. I have tested voltage and it falls within ESI specs. I had this problem in my office but it was fixed with 2.5.3 software.

From the site, I can hear both parties clear and visa versa. They however, cannot hear each other.

We took this customer from a 56s to a 72e G2 just to make him happy. Depending what ESI says, we might try putting in a Nortel or Avaya just to rule out any other cause other than the ESI. This is gonna be a hairy one.

Any comments would be appreciated.

So I take it the CO to CO Conference gain didn't work. Is the site phone an ESI feature phone or an analog conference station. If analog conference station, do you get the same result when using a handset on a feature phone?

We had the same problem @ a couple of sites. ESI dialed into switch and update software.....updated something?

had the problem they turned up the level, also with reach me had a problem try turning up the regular co level

I have tried all the settings and so has ESI.

Steve... they updated the conference bridge on your. Im sure of it. This was the biggest fix but, the new conference bridge either works or doesn't work.

John Vernon is sending me a new G2 612 card today and I will update here once I get it installed.
