I am having a problem here. Every time a call is made it comes through with this message:
Invalid SMDR record follows: 07/02 10:20 00:00:55 ATT0 *9 410XXXXXXX T075
I Xed out the phone number for security reasons. When I check the phone record for any given extension it says no calls were made when I know they were. It is also double spacing on every post to the printer which makes for a lot of waste of paper. If you can help me with that too it would be great. Thanks in advance.
