We have a small business and recently purchased a Equity III System, However only the line 1 phone actually rings the other 6 phones the lights just flash,no ring any sugestions? we tried to deactive the night ring no luck? Does any one have a program guide?? We had an Executone system Encore for about 15 years before it got wet and stopped working. really like Executone.

It is programmed simular to the Encor.
You access programming at the equipment, under the small door on the front.
You will need a technical manual.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.
