I've got a nonprofit that was given an IVX128/IVX20 system that I wanted to default and configure. They have 6 lines so a standard configuration of line per button would be great. Is there an easy way to do that?

To answer your question if you have the install password you can go in and default the system. You can look at the installers link above and find a ESI reseller in your area they can help you get the system taken care of. Good luck let us know how it goes.
