a cheap easy solution.... open up an ESI telephone and cut the two wires that connect to the speaker, connect those two wires to a ceiling speaker with the same impedance. As long as the speaker wire isn't too long it should work fine. you would program that telephone to be in a seperate page zone or you could just call it by useing its intercom number. This workd with just about any system, you can even hook it to a paging amp of amplifed speakers.
