Update:
First of all a bit of research was done on this system to find the whereabouts of the original installer. The current user of this system purchased the location and the 128+ was installed and part of the purchase. There were no markings indicating if the original reseller was "in the picture". Hijacking of another dealers territory did not take place.
A compact flash drive retro kit was shipped overnight by our member Phonsol and arrived on time.
When the drive was in possession of the end user but not yet installed it was then time to connect to the system via Esi-access and back-up current programming. After successful connection the end user was given the go ahead to make the exchange and I waited on stand-by. Within 20 minutes the call came that the exchange had been made and the system was under power.
I then began the procedure of connecting again using Esi-access however I created a "New" site name for the second connection in order to protect the integrity of the original programming information no matter what.
Customer/End User/Fellow Phone Techs were back in business within the hour including an IP extension in Mississippi later that afternoon.
Gotta luv the happy endings! :db:
