I just installed an ESI IVX C-Class. Problem is when a caller is placed on hold, after a certain period of time, the caller gets transfered out. They hear ringing, but no one at the site can pick it up. ANy idea on what is going on and where in programming do changes need to be made. Thanks

You can raise it 600 seconds, or 10 minutes.

OK Where exactly is that in programming? Also, what will happen after 10 minutes?

will recall back to station that put it on hold.

As far as no ring being heard is just a guess but I think since after the alloted time programmed as described above expires the call returns to the extension that placed it on hold, if that extension is a high volume extension,such as the reception, the call will go to the mailbox of that extension UNLESS call waiting is enabled on that extension in user programming.
