I have a friend that has an ESI system. He has about 10 people in his company and the system is about 3 years old. He doesn't know the model. Does anyone know if you can listen to the MOH through your phone? I work on Avaya and Nortel systems. There are programmable codes to turn on/off this feature. The Technician he uses says that this system does not have this feature. If anyone could verify this, I would appreciate it. Thank you

Curt:
That feature is not available on the ESI systems, I know that others (as mentioned) and also the Toshiba have that feature available, but not on an ESI, Sorry.

Thank you both for your responses. I have customers that will use MP3 players, XM, Sirius, etc... That will press a button on their phone to listen to the music. The nice thing about playing it over their phone is when they make/answer a call, it automatically turns off the music until your call is done, then turns back on when you hang up.
