I finally made contact with my installer and he called Tech support. They "wink" started just the new digital card that was being incorrectly seen by the system and he was then able to see the extensions as digital instead of IP. The bad news is that when ESI made those changes, all of the displays on every phone on the system locked up showing the same time and not updating when a call was placed or received or even when the time changed. Everything else worked just fine, just all the displays and VIP quit working. Per instructions from ESI, I powercycled the system and everything appears to be working correctly now. Thanks for all the information and I am glad that we didn't have to initialize the system!
