Ant C: haven't you ever been on your desk phone when your cell phone rings? What if you could hit a button to send the call down the hall once you see the caller ID and carry on with your conversation? Or "virtually" answer it while finishing up your call. I agree the ECM unit is a little pricey but if you use it will pay for itself.
