Hello all, i am new to the forum here, My name is Mike. i recently just purchased a new building for my store and i have found that there is an existing esi ivx 128 system including 4 handsets. my problem now is i need to change the greetins and some of the CO lines. unfortunately i dont have the installer password, the administrators password is still the default so i can access that. i have read in here that it is complicated to get it reset but i am hoping i can start the process here. any help would be greatly appreciated!

we have absolutely no info on where its from, just a box on the wall.
