Has anyone ever hooked up a VoSKY Exchange, which is a skype gateway, to an ESI CS via the CO line ports? If so how well does it work?

I remember speaking to Lanecomm (no longer on here) from FL from memory they had a number of ESI sites running or part running from VoSKY skype trunks can't remember what box but said it works fine.
I think it's a good idea if Co does a lot of overseas to have one of these programed to a special line group just for outbound overseas?
