I sell both systems, They are both good systems
ESI has alot of features for the price, and when you install them it is easy for the customer to use. plus they have a nice demo system, good demo systems close deals !!

For what it's worth, lots of systems have a system-wide RNA timer. This isn't unique to just ESI. I have installed more ESI systems than I can count. Customers love them and they are easy to work with. As mentioned, tech support is excellent. The company, overall, is also great to work with.

There are several workarounds to extend the RNA timer on a per-station basis if just a few people need more rings thatn everyone else. PM me if you would like details.
