Can anyone tell me if there is a way to do a reboot on an ESI remotely? I have been working with IVX systems for several years and have never found a way to boot remotely like I do on some of the systems I manage. I use easy access for admin on the switches for remote admin.
Thanks

If you are a master tech you can reboot the Comm servers remotely. Or you can have tech support do it for you.

I do wonder why that would be a master level option? Makes no sense to me, but thanks for the info.

Hey Tomscom- what I have had to do is buy a UPS with a usb to computer connection, hook the phone system to the UPS, and then log into the computer remotely, and reboot the UPS. Kinda sucks, but it is a work around.
