Who needs a company logo?

My logo sucks I do have an editor but have really got no clue as to what to start with.

I definetly could use one,but I would like it to have an "American" flair to it. Sort of like the flag or eagle in it but something that catches your eye.

Hi DJ, While I appreciate your patriotism, it has been done to death and you will not find yourself standing out. You need a logo that identifies and represents you and your business. What's the name of your co.? do you have a website? what does your business do?

If your looking for a logo then It would help us designers if you did the following.
Post a link or picture of / to your current logo.
Ideas of what you want it to look like (colors, designs *patriotic, technological etc etc.* and any thing you may want in there.) And most possibly the most important thing, your company motto *Mcdonalds: "We love to see you smile" Verizon: "It's the network" etc. etc.* As that can give us a lot of good ideas on how to base your logo around that.
Tell us your website link if you have one, Business name and what your business dose. I personally dont want to go digging through your business websites to find info about you, so just make it easy and give it to us in the first place.
I'll start throwing out some of my creations soon.
