I've just purchased an IX-12IPKTD, but there wasn't any documentation with it. I'm trying to set it up, but it requires a username & password to access the distributor info. Anyone know 'em?
Thanks!

Usernames & passwords will not be posted in the open forums.
I thought you said that your system was down...

Well, that makes sense. In that case, my email is danny at dannyweb dot com (with obvious modifications for spam protection purposes). I've tried getting in touch with the guy who sold it to me on ebay, but he doesn't seem to have the slightest idea what I'm talking about.

Thats what happens all to much when you buy a system from someone who doesn't have a clue on how to service or program it. It sounds like you need to call a tech in and have him help you.

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do that, seems kind of overkill when all I need is a password, but oh well.
