I just want to let you know that Avaya products are the same way. The only one that not is Partner system and this is an analog phone system with limited feature. I would find an authorized dealer and see if they could give you an Advance Admin Training on the system. You need let them know what you would like to change and build the program round that. Depending on the type of Iwatsu system you have (VS, APS or ECS), you can do some programming over the phone and do not need to use the programmer. If you like to discuss this further email me.
