Hello all, I'm new to Iwatsu and i am trying to program it. it is a 7.20 version i am using pc programmer 3.29. i can connect fine, but my database cant be downloaded, get an error. All i need to do is to add some key assignments on the phone. so i did it by logging into the database though the main phone. got the key positions added but, some of the phones have the old settings and some have the new key assignments. what am i missing.... reset or something... any help would be great.

Sounds like you need to verify that the profile you set up in the programmer is set for the phone system version that you have. If you have a profile set up for your system, but its version does not match the actual version of your system (7.2), then you will have downloading issues. Try to set up a brand new profile. Open your programmer, input password info, click "new database", name it, and make sure the "Save as type:" is set to VS-ADIX 7.2X-7.30. Then click "Save", then connect. Also are you absolutely sure of your phone system version? Have you confirmed this?
