I have version 4.1.2299 of the Iwatsu Programmer and a serial to RJ-45 adapter which I got from a phone tech. so I could make some simple changes to the system. I am able to connect to my Adix system but I am unable to download or upload databases, the commands to do so are greyed out. The programmer shows 8.1300 on COM2 in the lower status bar so I believe my Adix software version is 8.1300 and it is connecting correctly. I updated my .Net Framework through windows update as well but I am still unable to download or upload databases. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

After connecting did you create a new file and save it in the proper version before attempting to download?
