Does anyone know of a way to increase the volume of an incomming line on the ECX 3672. I would even be happy with a third party ampliphier that could be installed on the line before getting to the switch. Thanks in advance for you help.

I would expect that the volume on the phone line would be sufficient, if it conforms to telco standards. Have you called your provider to have them check the line or lines? If the switch's own audio subsystem isn't handling a standard phone line properly, something may need to be replaced in it.
All sorts of post-switch amplification solutions exist, of course, such as headset amplifiers, etc...
