OK now i am really confused.. To me the way the programming is, the LD t1 is not even being used. "i think" the t1 for LD are the first 24 channels in CO group 2. The 12 POTS lines are in CO group 1. When i look at the Class 17 everything is set to go out CO group 1. To me that means that all the calls are going out the POTS lines. Now that may be the case because just to be sure that the LD got billed to our LD carrier i had all the POTS lines PIC codes set to be our LD carrier for the T1. I guess i could try to have someone on site pull the T1 cable and see what happens.

The settings in Office Code and AREA Code in Class 17 refer to Routing Tables, not trunk groups. Check the appropriate routing table to see which trunks are actually being used.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

Check 17.06 Route Table if it shows 1 1 1 vertically change the settings to 2 2 2 and test this will changethe trunk group selected by that route table. If your switching over to a PRI the simplest fix is to change the trunk group of the PRI to whatever the T-1 is and set the T-1 group to say 10 and don't mess with trying to remove programming.
