I am running Enterprise AccuCall-Web Advanced reporting software. (Cannot find what level of s/w.) I need to add a Department to my list. In CSTA Programmer, I added it under "Department", "Station Group" and "Users for Station Group". It shows up under Department under "Stations" but does not show up in Station group under "Stations in Station Groups" category. When I run any kind of report it will not pick up the new Department.
Do I need to add this new department under some additional category?

In Stations, did you choose the new Department (created in the Department tab) from the drop-down arrow? Departments and Station Groups are not considered the same thing in the Accu-Call.
