Sounds good, orion. Since you are using Netshelters, may I recommend you use the APC Rack Configurator - the link I posted above. It will properly size and position the components for optimum use (not that you can't switch things around if you want to). If you do use it, pay attention to the "Validation" panel. It examines your config and gives further advice.

Wow, a customer that understand hot-side and cold-side. I want some more of those. I have a hard enough time in getting them to just ventilate the janitor's room (with more then a 3" duct), let alone install proper environmental systems.
Always fun when winter hits and they turn the AC off.
