DigitelD- I googled "commpartners" per your suggestion. I found a company by that name in Nevada. This one appears to have gone bankruptcy in 2010 per an article in the paper down there. This same firm they referenced appears to have an "f" rating from the BBB down there. Is this who you are talking about?
