I need help. Here is what it says on the menu screen for options: DCM3 VMS CVM Sil CPI VMI ANI 648 CA1 SACD500 Att CID RLS TIME DLG. To start, I have no idea what this means. I post this because it looks similair to what other people have posted. My questions are:

Can the caller ID display w/ name on phone display

Can the queue remain on display during call?

How do I get Caller ID on local lines?

Can I get CID on SMDR?

Can the SMDR report on intra office transfer?

Can I perform ICM monitoring?

What does the 160 phone w/ TAPI allow me to do?

What is an unsupervised conference call?

What system manual(s) do I need to purchase to learn this phone system? I believe that we have an Isotec 648, but I'm not sure

How can I record all of my calls? Do I need something external, or can the Infostar do it?

Can I VOIP in our out of the system for inter office calls, or is that what the unsupervised cc is for?

I would like to allow VM by DID. (Turn on or off based on DID of incoming call)

What EXACTLY can I set up on the 100 some odd reports to tell me? We are currently using only 3 reports. First and foremost I would like to see a breakdown of calls to rep by queue. We have a queue report and an incoming call report to the rep. But no report that combines

Anybody in Southern CA who wants to make some money? HELP ME!

Otherwise, any advice would get me one step ahead of where I'm at today. Thanks!

Do you have POTS lines, T1, or PRI?

With Pots lines you need caller Id adapters hooked to lines.

No caller ID on T1.

Caller ID with name and Number on PRI, but switch needs 3.0 software.

Good Luck!!


If all else fails, use a BFH.

You can have cid on T-1's

Also need pri 1.3 for name.
