I wouldn't pay much for a used card (or kit) without testing it first. Unused... well, Just ask the man to name his price. You're looking at big bucks.

I will have one fully working available this weekend. Replacing a 288 system with New NEC IPK-II, so also have processor, and some circuit cards.
