Yeah, this is the first one of these animals I've ever dealt with too and I don't think I'll be doing much with it except testing it for these guys.
They had a question about a trouble that was on the panel a few days ago and wanted to know how to go back and look at the history.
I told them I would be glad to try to locate a manual for them but they didn't seem too interested in that option and said they will call the company that installed it to try to get one.
The guy I spoke to said he hates to deal with them because it is such a pita to get them to do anything but he has to do what the "Main Office" says in these matters.
