The easiest place is the main phone. It is normally an Exec. set with the large display. There should be a soft key that says "Admin Features". Press that key and the display will show arrows on the bottom line. Hit the button for the bottom line where the arrows are. Then you will see a prompt for "Set Date & Time".

Either that, or press 9800 and that will put you in the same place.
