Does anyone know if there is an administrator mail box, that I can use to reset VM passcodes remotely?

All Inter-Tel voicemails have Admin mailboxes. What voicemail and telephone system do you have?

The Admin mailbox is whatever the installer programmed it. There is no set mailbox number for the Admin mailbox. You can try the operator mailbox or 9999 or 999. When you do get to the Admin mailbox and get passed the password, you would dial 92. Then follow the prompts to change someones password on ther mailbox.
