Thanks to all who have contributed. Confidence level seems pretty high. The one I have installed went in Dec of 08. Other than 2 customer damaged phones (in a deli), any other issues could be handled over the phone. I put plastic keypad covers on the replacement phones. The comments on the forum seem like a pretty good endorsement. Ernie and Paul may appreciate the excellent reports.

Bill, yep, a good report. These little rascals are under-appreciated!

I will be installing another soon....as the wife lets me drill some holes to install the extra sets..... :rofl: laugh :thumb:

I have funny story about maxing out a X16
The distributor in Australia sold an x blue with 16 handsets. A few weeks later they get a phone call saying that 8 of the phones don't work. It turned out that another dealer had sold them 4 extras phones, and yet another dealer had sold them another 4. They tried to connect 24 phones to the system.

What an expensive mistake from trying to "beat the system" just to save a buck. Does that customer also go to a different doctor every time he gets an ache or pain? Sheesh!
