He's talking with adding the card for the extra two CO's Ken.
I haven't added the CO card. My busiest and probably best test client is a local Pizza Hut. Phones get used and abused. So far so good.

Thanks Bill. I have a customer that is thinking about adding a fifth line and up grading from non ksu 4 line phones to an x16. I have an existing customer with an x16 installation in place now with the co line expansion module with 9 phones. That seems to be working. I am wondering about how well the system will perform with 16 phones, if anyone has experience with that configuration.

6x12 with no issues. Frankly I'm amazed with the X-16, especially for a Tecom product. We've had zero issues or failures of any kind. Nice little system for offices on a tight budget.

I have installed around a dozen of them.. only had one bad phone. No service calls what so ever. They seem pretty bulletproof for those on a tight budget.

Sorry Ken, it went over my head. Sounds like it's been given a pretty good thumbs up for a maxed out application.
