If you do not know the current password you my be out of luck. I have heard that you can TFTP new firmware to the phone and it will reset everything. I hope that helps.

To Reset password, (edited out procedure, please email or PM this information) Phone should reboot with default password.
and would you please re-size your avatar to no bigger than 55x75 pixels.

oh, im gonna remove the avatar today. Sorry about the procedure thing I was in a hurry, Ill pm him the procedure instead. I didnt know that the defaulting procedure was that hidden, its clearly available on Cisco's site. But, once again, sorry.

I'll agree that it's not hidden.. took me about 15 seconds to google the official cisco page. (google: cisco 7960 reset)
