Does anyone have info on the new features of 9.0 I know it was coming out/or has came out, but just rumors as to what is new.
Here is the rumor list I have so far.
Phantom stations
Barge-In
Caller ID to single lines on IC calls ????
IP endpoints and IP networking used on the same IPRC card.

You you have the bulk of them. Add in Supervisor barge, Station Monitor & Simultaneous Record-A-Call, SIP Trunk support, some DB Studio enhancements like a Networking wizard and some IP diag utilities. Overall a pretty good release especially on the ACD stuff.

You will need to go into DB Studio and it has to be turned on in Premium Features. Then go to the station settings and assign the box settings.
Do you have the manual?

I see 'Record-A-Call' under the Premium Features, and it currently says no. How do I toggle it to Yes? There is no pull down or radio button when I click on it.
I am printing the manual now.
