Hi, We have eight Vertical SBX 320 phones and I'm trying to set up the system so I can get three phones to ring and still have station 100 auto answer with a greeting.I can get all phones to ring, but, no auto anwser that is set for six rings. I had a group (620) set up but, could not get it to work.Can someonr help please?

If you have the stations already individually programmed for ringing, just go to Program 141. Insert the CO line you want to forward to auto answer, then check preset call forward to VMIB ANNC. Then put in the greeting number, adjust the preset forward timer and you should be good to go.
