Hello all, I hope i have a simple question for everyone.
Can anyone give me step by step instructions for how to change the music on hold on a Vertical SBX IP 320 system through the phone. I have only ever done it through programming. My customer wishes to change it from one type of internal MOH type to another. It is in function 171 and they are running version 3.5 s/w Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This is not really a user function unless you allow them admin access to the system. You enter admin programming at the attendant set ( I cannot provide the password) then pgm 171 flex button 8 and then dial 00-12 to choose music type.
