Anyone having an issue with v-9.0 sending one in about 100 calls to a CRA when the system is programed for everything to route through a hunt group? Programing is all correct, all active trunks in group, sent to HG 2000 and sent to CRA after 20 seconds. most calls work fine just that occasion and I have more stations in the ringing group than I do lines so it isn't an issue of the call not having a place to go. any ideas??

My first question would be, how do you know this is happening? Is the caller put str8 to MOH while it is ringing the HG? Where you lucky enough to be that 1 in 100 caller? Do you have TASKE or something that is showing you this is happening? Are you sure all agents were logged in to the HG? Second question is what type of incoming lines? Copper or T1? If copper verify the rotary group of lines (also called Hunt Group). Some times the last line in a rotary group will be programmed as a back door number for access to a CRA. Not alot of info yet, but some good places to look for an answer. ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications

I would start by calling each number in the HG seperately, and verify that each number goes to the HG. Have to do this after hours and tell system it is normal business hours, also use a butt set on lines to verify each line was tested. The CPU can be a funny item, but will normally make the same mistake over and over again. It may have one line programmed differently, even tho in DB it shows all being programmed the same, but then again it should happen each time a call comes into that line. ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications

I did that before posting here, set the test set on eash line to verify I wasn't rolling past the line I was testing went through all lines and all rang the group fine. Totally lost on this may need to open a ticket with Inter-tel, nothing on the knowlagebase about anything and no later version available yet setting at 9.002 already Thanks Randy
