I have 2 Omega Phones (12-ktd-3)and the MWI continues to flash even though all messages have been deleted or saved. How do I reset the MWI?

There are two easy ways to turn off the MW light:
Send a new message to the extension, wait a few minutes and retrieve the message. This gives the system a chance to get its ducks in a row.
Or, with the handset in the cradle, dial FEAT, pound, 8 then press the message button. This will extinguish the MW light.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
