Yes. I even had the Sales Engineer in and we installed it on a Laptop and it didn't work until he gave me a CD and whatever was on that CD it worked. Well he left and I tried to load it on another Laptop and I am having trouble. I just thought somebody that has done it a lot may have a cheat sheet.

I could use that too, I have it working fine on an old luggable Dell 1100 and installed it on a Mac using Bootcamp with Windoz 7 ultimate and two very knowledgeable professional IT people can't make it run. Sucks.

Hint: Locate and download 'VM Player' - create a 10Gig (or thereabouts) Windows XP partition, load XP Pro on it, then load all programs (NetEmanager, VM managers, all docs, etc) on this VMware partition.

Now if something 'breaks' - just reload the vmware partition from the backup you keep.

Also - all techs can go out on the road with the same 'setup'.

Works for me. And with flash drives getting dirt cheap, you can put this vmware "Tech Toolbox" on a 32Gig flash drive to pass it around to different computers.
