HI All,
Had an issue with an ACD which fails. When connecting remotly i find the ACD service fails to start with error too many password failures shown in the events.
To cure this i have to enter Netserver admin delete the service totally followed by a reboot of Netserver starting ACD service manually finally kicking it into life.
This whilst a fix is far from ideal and the last time this happened a knock on of above resulted in TKI service doing the same. The CIX is on MT62 and ACD fairly up to date. Any ideas? corrupt database? Hardrive? No one on site ever fiddles with above and i think i have narrowed it down to when there is a drop in the network, surely this should not happen everytime they drop a switch?
Cheers Chris
