I have a KXTD1232 V.1 with a TVS 200. Can I program a one touch in custom service menu to go to a extension that is call forwarded to a outside number? Example: Inbound call gets answered after hours via VM, caller selects option "9", 9 is routed to ext. 207, 207 is call forwarded to cell phone. My challenge is that I can program this sernario up and it works when I call from a extension and it tranfers ok, when I call in from outside number it transfers but does not release the call.

You need unsupervised transfer in TVS200.
