I have an IPEX1 that just recently decided to use AA 24/7 and it seems every other day it will stop answering calls? I am able to log into emaneger no problem and TELRAD CFG no problem and when I call from outside it's RNA but from inside it's busy. Any Idea's what issue might be? Thanks

Do you see any errors in your maintenace logs? Also, do you have an overflow for your voice mail hunt group if all ports are busy? Are you getting a fast busy or slow busy when you try calling internally? Fast busy could mean voice mail is down, slow busy would indicate all ports are busy. If you putty or telnet to the voice mail in this condition, enter the t3adm portion and option 6 will tell you if you link is still up. Hopefully this will help you troubleshoot the problem. In a busy system, its possible all ports are busy or you may have another problem.

The honest truth is I haven't worked on a TELRAD in 3 long years since company went to all ip hosted solution sales and service and totally forgot about the telnet t3adm? Company picked this account up as a charitable thing and I am paying the price, LOL! I know it's a slow busy as if ports are busy but they are not they just stop answering & this only started when they went to AA 24/7 instead of live operator
