Thanks a lot for the help, suggestions, etc., but the customer has decided to stay with his analog loop start lines and not upgrade. He doesn't want to spend the money. I ended up quoting him a refurbished 100D module, a stand alone Adtran CSU, and the cost of programming but, unfortunately, to no avail.
