I've Googled 6 ways come Sunday and can't find the answer to this: How can I send calls from a specific Incoming Call Group to a specific CS menu? There's already one group that overflows to CS menu 1 but I can't make the second group overflow to CS2. I know I could send it to a mailbox, but I'd really prefer the CS menu so I can use options 1 & 2.
I've even tried routing based on the DID (this is a SIP trunk scenario) but no love there either. BTW, this is a TDE100 w/ TVM50.
Sure it can be done!
Thanks for any help with the matter.

If you're pointing a DID to an ICDG, easy just change vm trunk grp number in DID table. If the ICDG is ringing from an AA option, you'll need to create a mbox for it, and in the mailbox set the call transfer status to a CS menu.

Use Port/trunk service or DID/PIN routing in TVM to send direct to CS.

94astro: it's a DID pointed to ICDG and I tried Trk Grp 2 in the DID table - it still went to the CS for Trk Grp 1.
brokeda: Can't use Trunk Service, another number already goes to CS1. DID routing doesn't appear to work after an ICDG.

Is the DID routing set in the TVM or not?
Your saying initial incoming DID pointed to Incoming call Group? In TVA use DID routing to tell VM what to play when it sees that DID, whether initial contact or overflow.

After you assigned the DID to vm trk grp 2, did you point that trunk in the vm to a different service group?

94astro: yes
brokeda: yes, I have the DID listed in the VM and pointed to CS2 for all time periods. I figured the DID table wasn't checked since the Ring Group sends the call to the VM with an extension number (602 in this case)

Should work, I have a few out there that have the same scenario and work fine. DID's pointed to ICDG's that are assigned to different vm trunk groups and routed differently in the voice mail.
If there are mailboxes for those ICDG's built, delete them.

Have you tried using tenant to control the call from the group.
set group and ddi to tenant 2 and vm trunk group 2 and dont have the group mailbox setup in the voicemail. set the service 2 for trunk 2, and have that service group set to cs 2. set no answer to voicemail and it should go to cs2
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”

DID listed in vm where? In DID/PIN/CID Routing Table?
Here's how mine work.
DID rings in, follows switch DID table, this case Group 650. No answer overflow to VM. If DID routing table set up in VM follows that, this case CS 5. CS works as normal except any ring-back, such as non forwarded ext, is picked up by CS 5. If DID routing not set up in VM and a mailbox 650 exists, 650 can overflow to that VM BOX.
Same paths can be set up for PIN or CID.
