Have a customer who wants all calls front ended with Talk path and the zero key to go to a hunt group with several extensions. Did this a couple of years ago, cant find the right place on the talk path. If I hit the 0 key for key action there is no choice to direct it to Hunt Group. Anyone? Thanks. This is on an XTS.

You need to create a mailbox for the Hunt group (mbx 450) and then put that mailbox in you 0 selector code.

If you are speaking of routing from the auto attendant's menu, why not just set the "0" destination (along with timeout and retry, I assume) to the hunt group number?
If you need this group to also be hit when someone reaches a mailbox, you can change this globally in the system settings for the operator destination (instead of the default #6,0, change this to #6,45X). You can also alter this in each mailbox's settings in the upper right-hand corner for their operator destination.

Ed, Exactly what I am trying to do, set 0 on the menu to the hunt group. The key action drop down does not offer hunt group as an option. Does that mean we insert extension 451 in subscribers and have 0 go to "ext" 451?

That is one way to do it. The Dispatch is pretty simple...it looks for mailboxes, extensions and menus, time controls, so you if you want to go to a hunt group...it has to look like an extension.
